Mission Control live dispatch with board, split and map layouts. Geofenced auto status when the truck arrives. An in app camera that stamps GPS, time and tech onto every photo, with burst mode and HEIC handled so an iPhone photo arrives as a picture people can actually see. Custom forms per job type with required photo enforcement, and multiple forms stacked on one work order. A reroof is one job and two trips, each trip keeping its own crew, form and date. Video meetings and voice calls built into the platform, so a crew, a coordinator and a manager talk without a separate Teams or Meet subscription. Call anyone in the company straight from a customer, a job or a chat, and they get a real ring inside the app rather than a link buried in an email. Schedule with attendees and a weekly repeat, drop to voice only when nobody wants a camera on, and quiet hours are respected. Runs on infrastructure we operate, included in the plan.
