Keep the customer

SunHub

Your customers get an account. Your office gets its phone back.

The homeowner side of SolarProjeX. Every customer gets a real account for the solar on their roof — equipment, documents, warranties, appointments, service history and live production — in one place they can reach at ten at night without calling anybody. White label it to your brand and your own domain. It reads from SolarProjeX and keeps no customer record of its own, so there is one source of truth and nothing to reconcile.

The homeowner's overview. Live production, lifetime output and system size, on a real account with a real reporting inverter.

Why it exists

Most of the calls your office takes are questions the homeowner could answer themselves.

What is on my roof. Who made the inverter. Is it still under warranty. When is somebody coming. What did I pay. Every one of those is a record you already hold, and every one of them currently arrives as a phone call.

What the homeowner gets

One record per property. Live production where the equipment actually reports it. Equipment and specs, including systems that came with the house. Documents, warranties and payment receipts. Appointments in plain language, never raw internal status codes. Full service history. Sign in by email or by text code. Request a video appointment with the office and show somebody the problem instead of describing it, without installing anything.

What the office gets

Service requests arrive as requests, never as auto booked jobs. Customer corrections to equipment land in an approval queue instead of overwriting your record. A referral program that captures permission before anybody is contacted. Automatic review requests and a live rating wall. Far fewer calls asking what is on the roof.

Built on three rules

Solar pool heating and hot water are first class, not an afterthought — most service books are mostly thermal. It never invents a reading: a twenty minute old number is labeled twenty minutes old, and an unmonitored system says so. The portal takes no money and holds no card, ever.

In the product

Everything you hold on record, in the homeowner's language.

My System. Size, panel count, brand, inverter, install date and ownership. If something is wrong the homeowner flags it, and the correction goes to the office for review rather than overwriting your record.

Your brand, your domain

A dealer's customers never land on a URL with somebody else's brand in it. The portal serves your wordmark, your phone number and your own care plans. SunHub is only the neutral base domain that carries a new dealer until their own address is ready.

  • One source of truth. The portal reads from SolarProjeX and stores no customer record of its own.
  • Your care plans, not ours. Dealers set up their own program, priced their own way.
  • Reroof intake built in. Panels have to come off before the roofers start; the portal collects the dates and hands the office a request.

Reachable at ten at night

The portal is a phone product first. Homeowners check production standing in their kitchen, not sitting at a desk, and the sign in is an email link or a text code rather than one more password to lose.

Where it sits

The last lane. It only works because the first three fed it.

SunHub has nothing to show a homeowner until the contractor's customers exist in SolarProjeX. It is the end of the lifecycle, not a standalone app.

Give your customers somewhere to go that is not your phone.
